Fluent English and Russian
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Experience in full-cycle recruiting (IT, fintech), sourcing and HR brand development
Proficiency in use of social media and job boards
Proven experience as an HR Generalist will be considered as an advantage


Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Develop  external and internal HR Brand 
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist in employee retention
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
