At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative function;
Strong upper-intermediate (or higher) level of English, both written and oral. Ukrainian or Russian — as a native/at fluent level;
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills;
Experience and/or understanding of how to maintain confidential information at the highest level;
Ability to build and develop supportive working relationships with employees;
High level of attention to details, tasks as well as, proactive attitude to problem-solving;
Ability to independently make decisions and resolve issues within their position;
Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge;
Experience in the IT industry is a plus, but not obligatory;
Experience in organizing corporate events is a plus.
Organizing daily operations in the office;
Meeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing email, mail correspondence answering phone calls;
Executing of personal assignments of the management;
Office procurement to make sure that the office is full equipped, ordering groceries, household goods, branded gifts and etc.;
Interacting with different departments, providing them with support as per their requirements;
Cooperating with various services, coordinate the work of couriers;
Arranging and taking part in the organization of corporate events/team buildings.
