Hard skills:
1) Talent acquisition: structured and competencies-based interview, assessment centers;
2) HR Metrics and analysis methods;
3) Onboarding: stages, tools, methods;
4) GSuite, HRIS (PeopleForce as a plus), Slack;
5) C&B basics: grading, motivation, experience with salary reviews;
6) Knowledge of systems and platforms for corporate communications;
7) Managing employee engagement and turnover; 
8) Retention;
9) Must have experience in IT.

Working process:
1) People partner reports to HRD. 
2) You will have 2 People Partners as peers and 3 HR experts (Recruitment team, HR Ops, C&B).
3) As a People partner you will support ~7 teams (~100 FTE).


Project details and challenges:
1) HR is in active development stage - we create new processes, services, policies to support company growth on sustainable way;
2) Company is growing - you need to expect a lot of news every day (new-comers, org.structure changes, new offices opening…)
3) You need to be ready for combining HRBP role and subject expert matter/project leader for some HR areas (T&D, C&B, ICom etc.)

1) participation in HR strategy development and implementation;
2) provide recruitment, selection, onboarding, learning and development services and support to team leaders and employees;
3) create strong partnership with business (team leaders, project managers and tech leads);
4) continuously support employee engagement and promote corporate culture and ways of working;
5) building feedback systems, conducting on employee research;
6) conducting analytics and reporting in people area;
7) provide consultancy, assistance, and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes, and practice;
8) support day-to-day HR issues arising in the teams.
