You will be responsible for:
Build, coach and inspire your team to strive for improving employee experience from onboarding to ongoing development to alumni engagement
Shape, define and document the strategy and End to End process, which includes but is not limited to: Onboarding, Offboarding, Education, Performance Reviews & Trainings
Advocating a diverse team to achieve better results
Educate and coach our managers and employees on continuous improvement and development
Own all HR policy & compliance matters (handbook, policies, training requirements, audits, annual reporting, etc.
